Basic services offered to all customers of African Petroleum SA Group purchasing between 5000 litres to 500 000 litres of fuel per month, Using an effective Fuel Management System. Maximum 48hour lead time from order to delivery, allocated Key Accounts Manager to ensure personalised service at all times. General maintenance of all assets by African Petroleum SA Group on an on-going basis is given to most of our clients. Assistance from our Health and Safety Manager regarding the Health and Safety Management of your site. Security of supply based on our Branded Distributor Status with our Suppliers in South Africa. Guaranteed delivery of your designated load on your designated days as per your requirements. Priority notification and order placement in accordance with the monthly industry price changes. Priority supply in the event that there are country-wide supply issues and rationing is required. Value added services in addition to the above. Applicable to customers purchasing volumes above 2,000,000 litres per month: Designated trucks and drivers allocated to your site for your deliveries. Only A-grade drivers (as per our driver management system) will deliver to our clients between 40 000L and 1000L with our express division. Diesel, LPG Gas and illuminating paraffin are available through this facility. The express division is aimed primarily at replenishing fuel in large generators, construction and plant equipment, industrial burners or any application that requires speed, has difficult access or uses less than 1000L at a time. Our express delivery van is loaded out of our private depots in the same manner that our large tanker trucks are loaded. Therefore our express clients are guaranteed nothing but the purest, refinery extracted fuel. Pricing is based upon average garage forecourt pricing. Quantity discounts are offered on loads above 500L and delivery charges are free within a radius of 30km. The drivers making the deliveries are fully trained in the handling of hazardous chemicals and adhere to a strict and professional delivery regimen.
